Pass and Refer Brochures for Hearing Screening

NZAS have developed pass and refer brochures for parents of children who have their hearing screened at four or five years of age.
Development of these brochures have been part funded by the JR McKenzie Trust and these are now official resources for Vision Hearing Technicians, who conduct this screening. Copies can be printed locally by clicking on the PDFs below.
